APEX COVID –19 Safety Management Strategy

APEX is Patient Focused, in assuring that safe and supportive services are delivered within the comfort of the patient’s own home, in a COVID – 19 free home environment.

APEX has implemented the following comprehensive “COVID – 19 Management Program” with a focused commitment of continuing to provide the highest quality care, within the comfort and safety of the patient’s home.

Our highest priority during the COVID-19 pandemic is to continue to provide exceptional care to our patients within the safety of their home, while contributing to the patients’ protective attire, where they are less likely to be infected by the virus.

 

We accomplish this priority by;

1. Personal Protective Equipment and disinfection solution are provided to all patients, free of charge.

2. APEX Employees are also provided all Protective Gear

3. This gear is provided to stop the spread of the virus.

4. This gear also provides patients with “peace of mind” as they live their everyday lives.

 

We Stay Vigilant to all major news, medical and health outlets, for the latest COVID – 19 information – to include;

1. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)

2. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS)

3. Federal, State and County Health Offices

4. South Texas Counties Judges guidelines

 

We have implemented extensive educational training, along with organizational protocols to assure that all employees and patients alike, adhere to the commonly accepted guidelines of;

1. Wearing a mask

2. Interpersonal distance of at least 6 feet

3. Frequent hand washing and application of dis-infection solution – as needed, to ensure no germs travel from hands to nose or mouth.
